Penny Arcade

I have never noticed before how similar me and Phil are to Tycho and Gabe from Penny Arcade. Not at all, that's how similar.

Nothing to write about

Nothing happened in the past week that I could mention here, really, the past few weeks have been so bland on the gaming front that-
What? E3 and the Steamsale?
Did you say Steamsale?!?!?!
MUST BUY ALL THE GAMES (even though I already had 160 games in my Steamlist BEFORE this year's Summersale (goddamnit Gaben, you play me like a fiddle))

-adios,D.

P.S.: If you don't own Binding of Isaac, Risk of Rain, Hotline Miami or FTL already you should REAAAALLY buy them.

Gaben is comming

So there's a LOT of signs pointing to the Steamsummersale comming up tomorrow, infact, the biggest clue came today when the sale in the blue box only had a timer of 24 hours and not of 48 as it usually does. I had heard the rumors about a week ago and so I picked up my controller again and planned on playing a through games on my Ps3 as I'll probably get a shitton new games through the sale and I already have a boatload of unfinished games laying about as well as games that I haven't even started yet and what do you know, I've already finished two of them!
ASSASS Creed Revelations was kind of meh all around, yes they have the whole thing of making a franchise hanging above themselves like a cloud making every game "the same" but I'm actually okay with more of the same, my problem with Revelations was that the story didn't grip me NEARLY as much as the other games and I know it sounds mean towards the character, I really hoped they'd kill Ezio at the end of it but ...well he does die, we know that much, after all he lived hundreds of years in the past. Then I played Metal Gear solid 2 to the end and...goddamnit is this game preachy and sappy.
It had some nice innovative gameplay elements for it's time but the story? Well Kojima could've written every single Schwarzenegger movie, let's just say that much.

We're on a highway through hell

We're on a hiiiiighway through he-eeeeeeell. I never noticed how freakishly long Alice's hair is in the comic, I mean I reaaaaally dig long hair and I think Philip knows that but I'm pretty sure it just subconcously slipped into the comic and wasn't intentional. It's actually really funny how close Philip got to capturing the perfect dream girl for me in the comic, my writing is further from who I imagine to be my perfect soulmate than the visual representation and I just gave him instructions for a girl with long black hair(didn't specify length to the extend that it takes here) named Alice, he even put the glasses on her which, hot-diggity-damn, I love glasses.

A lot to get through

I am supposed to talk about the comic here but we all know I'm not going to with the big E3 conferences JUST behind us and the whole thing still going on. There was a LOT of good coming from all sides at E3 but one of the biggest things for Philip and me was not mentioned in media outlets at pretty much all, namely the remake of Grim Fandango for ps4 and Psvita. I had never had the chance to play the original Grim Fandango and when lucas arts games went down we already gave Tim Schäfer a call to action in this comic and wouldn't you know it, he is actually gonna make a remake fuck YES.
I'll try not to blabber on for too long, other stuff that interested me: the crew, new assassins creed, everything Nintendo showed(honestly, I'm probably getting a Wii U after this), Bloodborne, Rainbow Six, The trailer for dead island 2(not interested in the game but the trailer was awesome) and much much more stuff, too much to list here.
The height of the entire conference was reached though when Microsoft blew a big great fuck you out to the entire crowd by basically saying: new conker game? nah, here's a lego conker set inside our new game, build your own stuff we can't be arsed. Priceless moment for me.
I still don't really see the big appeal in getting a Ps4 though, I see why I should get one over the Xbox One because : you play it better on playstation and exclusively first on ps4.(seriously they said that like a million times, i got it, you get the big elephant dlc, i don't give a shit) but I really don't see why I should upgrade from my ps3 yet, there isn't a big title that hooks me that much, then again the second they announce KH3's release date I would sell a kidney for a console to play that on anyways so I suppose I'm not the one they need to hook.

Boom goes the CPU

We had a little get together yesterday because of the whole "Philip's Birthday" shtik that happened last week, namely it was his birthday last week, but it was cut short, well technically it wasn't but it had an aprubt awakening to it, when his computer just shut down out of nowhere and wouldn't turn on again and that ALSO explains today's comic.

Big Fans of our Fans

Now I don't wanna brag or anything but we've come quite a long way since our start YEARS ago and there's one recurring thing during most of those years, it's two things actually, number one is that most of our views are from germany even though I write EXCLUSIVELY in english and B is our most loyal fans and also pretty much the only ones that comment on our work, and I mean people who are EXCLUSIVELY fans, Louis, Maxi, Patrick, Dennis and many more ignored there's two people that have almost always been here, ashy and Phil and we thank you guys for that and since Phil is a big content creator, formerly on Blogger and now on Youtube, it's always a LOT of fun to reference him and his work here and since his two biggest creations are part of hell in our canon anyways we brought them back!.

Congrats to 10K Subscribers on Youtube

Work, stuff , exhausted...
- Adios, D

[Edit]
Hello readers, Phil here. As you can see - we are back. In Hell. You may remember these two guys. Not only because they've guarded the gate to hell in two earlier comics, but also because you might have stumbled upon them on Omegle and Chatroulette. You know, between all those dicks...
Regardless of that Rorschach Redemption has been doing this thing for about three years and just hit the magical 10K subscriber mark. Congratulations Dude! We were planning on linking your Anniversary Stream, but real life work foiled our plans once again.

Floating in a Stream of Consiousness
